* Find your OWN PERSONAL escape velocity (on the Earth only at this point!) by ascertaining latitude, longitude and height from your GPS co-ordinates and the calculator will work out the precise value by taking into account the oblateness of the Earth and your personal height. Those extra m/s could make all the difference!
